Illinois yard operations and production are supervised by Jim Sullivan. Kentucky fieldwork and operations are supervised
by David McKinley, out of the Henderson, Kentucky yard. Curtis Ellis manages Indiana fieldwork and operations. Mr.
Ellis is located in the corporate office in Newburgh, Indiana . Combined, these supervisors have over 50 years of experience
in equipping, producing and maintaining wells, and keeping them in the most efficient operating condition in order to maximize
production.
Each of these employees have been working on TEI producing properties for over 10 years. Mr.
McKinley and Mr. Ellis have extensive backgrounds in downhole chemical treatments and stimulation. They have oversight responsibility
for the chemical program in their respective areas. Mr. Sullivan specializes in installation of equipment and maintenance
of above ground production equipment along with trouble shooting existing operations. He has oversight responsibility for
equipment installation and production for all TEI locations.
