TREY EXPLORATION, INC. (TEI) was incorporated in 1987 as an Oil and Gas Exploration
and Producing Company. TEI is a Subchapter S Corporation that is incorporated in the State of Indiana, United States.
TEI has done E&P activities and geologic studies in most of the exploration basins within the United
States and several areas in other countries. Primary exploration targets are Pennsylvanian, Mississippian and Devonian
age reservoirs in the Illinois Basin and the Niagara (Silurian) Reef in the Michigan Basin.

TEI is guided by the principle of providing economically profitable exploration opportunities
for all investors in every prospectus or field.
